I believe the press release indicated 18% if all 2.4 million shares
were placed. I agree that it sounds like they are having second
thoughts on purchasing Ken Cranes site...but I really hate to second
guess something like that when I really don't know.

This also would give them working capital to execute a plan we are
not privy to. My guess is that this is not a negative thing, although I can hardly blame investors for perceiving it as such
re: dilution factor.

I believe in the long run we may see good things because of this
action, it is just now that it can create uneasiness due to overall
market conditions.
