Ron,

I actually own PFE with a split-adjusted cost basis of ~$16. Just because I look at things critically doesn't mean you can't have a buy and hold mentality.

I'm not sure what you mean about a Johnny-come-lately posts because almost all of my posts have been accurate and helpful (without the hype like your posts):

Avoid LNET at $12, now $5
Avoid SYNM (then SLHO) at $32, now $10
Avoid ACTN at $38, now $20
Avoid DCTM at $48, now $23
Avoid PLC at $17, now $3
Avoid PRLS at $20, now $3
Avoid LHSPF at $58, now $37
Avoid MMGR at $19, now $24
Avoid ZONA at all costs

Granted, the market took some of the air out of these names, but the fundamentals on at least half were suspicious enough to warrant caution at the levels when I stepped in.

I'm offering the same advice for PFE. Did I ever tell you to sell? NO. Did I do anything but ask that people review the reason why they own the stock? Have I told people that I've changed my opinion on stocks? YES. That is why I wrote earlier today that DCTM might be a good buy at $21. That stock is now up to $24 3/4. Company will report after the close and the stock will go up further tomorrow due to fundamentals.

Get to know what you own and be able to articulate why. Then you can talk to me about investing (because the fundamental analysis you've done on PFE is negligent and plain wrong).

<OT>Ron to the Leprechaun-Did you watch Paul Kangas today?
Leprechaun-No.
Ron-Some lady predicts the DOW at 6000 at end of 1998.
Leprechaun-Did you get her name or who she represents?
Ron-No.
Leprechaun-What good is this information if we don't know
who said it?
Ron-Sorry. Maybe someone on the board will have watched and
paid better attention than I.
Leprechaun-Let's hope so. I mean, you keep asking me for
advice and how can I get it straight when you
only get half the story?
Ron-Sorry.
Leprechaun-One sorry is enough, even for you Flanigan. Will
someone out there help this lad?
Ron-By the by, I think the Lady ought to be hauling coal to
New Castle.
