If Alya is to grow they have to do certain things, I feel. Get revenue, get sales, good growth rate,Management running the company better than any other company. So far we see they are getting sales. Any cash that comes in increases the revenue and earnings, since the prior years sales were very small. They have shown me they have a very good line of sales coming in for the growth part. The management part is now the next step. Can these guys lead ALYA into higher levels. I feel managed well a good company can become great. Management and Board of Directors Milan Carnogursky, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, Director has extensive international business experience and has founded companies ranging from Oil & Gas Engineering to a small manufacturing plant in the far east of Russia. Mr. Carnogursky's business transactions are conducted in many countries of the world, including Japan, Korea, Chile, Russia and Europe. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Douglas H.
