Maybe a bit of a last minute bailout by some of IPV's hard working engineers who happened to put in long hours and dedication only to find the fruits of their efforts were being squandered by senior corporate mismanagement(hmmmmm)???? Who also happpend to seemed to be rewarding themselves handsomely for massive financial and free market incompetence! Until Mr. Graham provides any type of press release on IPV financing and cash flow and near term outlook, only a fool would buy the shares at this point. Thoughts, opinions, anyone? John
