Sup, XYLN is not a competitor of ASND in any way. The ATM that XYLN refers to as "ATM switching" is really just ATM uplink. All of XYLN switches, ASAIK, do native ethernet switching. They switch e-net frames, as opposed to ATM cells. However, they can "groom" other connection types into this switching environment.

In fact, if ASND ever wanted to expand into the e-net switching area, XYLN would be a perfectly complimentary partner, IMO.
