Thats not what we're seeing in software. There has been an obvious decline in discretionary software purchases due to y2k. I understand that hardware is a different beast, but nonetheless procuring hardware 4 mos before the millenium is going to require personnel resources etc. I think all the y2k purchases have already been made... jmo.
