The lawsuit is b.s. and should be stopped. If the market didn't over react to the blunder that occurred during the conference in New York, would this lawsuit still have been issued? Absolutely not. Any Bay shareholder who is participating in this joke of lawsuit presented by some two-bit greedy slime-bucket lawyer should face some serious consequences. Suggestions? Unbelievable! Patience is absolutely necessary in this market we're seeing, but some Bay shareholders obviously wanted to reap rewards immediately and then sell their shares because of Bay generally market performing for the last ions. Saw some lawsuits perhaps coming, but I saw them based solely on the ineptitude that occurred by the CFO on that day we'll always remember. Bloody freakin' joke!

Oh... for you bay shareholders still sitting tight, NTL just signed another contract worth over 200 u.s. When is the last time you saw a nice juicy contract like that? Time to dunk my head in a bucket of cold water.

Lawyers truly are the scurge of our society.

Nokomis, See ya later. I hope the stock you pick with the proceeds you get from selling Nortel work out well for you.

Bye.

You will loose nothing over this. It will be considered a joke on the street and a non-event.
