whip, ops eps shrank. reported eps were up a little. the height of the avg intel engineer is up. intel is growing ;-)

WS, especially when you consider the 5.4% drop in net income. The only thing that made eps up a penny was a much lower tax rate and an abandonment of capital spending. A very sick quarter.
