Jim,

Why would they have an Initial Public Offering (IPO) when FNTN appears to be a public company right now? How would selling more shares to the public raise the price? If anything it would lower the price. If FNTN wants a NASDAQ listing all they have to do is meet the requirements (easier said than done) and apply.

J Spragg, that was the exact thought that I had, however, I'm not sure if the same requirements apply to an IPO as to a company trying to make a move up from BB status. If anybody has any info on this it would be greatly appreciated; I will try and find out as well.
