Tom,

Have noticed some strength so far this morning. The RUT has been positive most of the morning when the DOW was down and the NAZ is ahead of the DOW and showing a little strength, probably in the smaller issues.

On the negative side for specificly today, the TICK just hit positive 1000 and the most the DOW could get was UP 25. I am noticing also a similar pattern to yesterday where the TICK for the better part of the day did not go severely into negative territory until near the close.

This morning the lowest the TICK got so far was negative 300, similar so far to yesterday. Are we going to have another surge to the upside again then sell-off at the end of the day.

Im getting the feeling that since it is expiration week the big boys may have a range that they want to keep the market in. I think that range is above 7900 and below 8050. Hey, I may be way off on that thought.

Somethingelse I notice is that the is that yesterday the OEX and SPX were leading the DOW by about 30 DOW points, but today they are basicly in line. Dont know if that means much - just something I noticed.
