You all need to start knocking others and open your eyes. That's why so many of us are in the sewer at this point in time. I'm not buying shares at a lower price. How can I? I have no money!!! So, to insinuate that I'm trying to drive the share price down is completely foolish and ludicrous. If you think or really believe that at this point, there's nothing much I can say. Believe what you want.

In my case, it took getting hit by a two by four and losing my money to come to the realization that my blind love affair with dgiv prevented me from seeing the light of day. Maybe there's still hope, but I for one am not as certain or believing anymore as I was.

Now, much of the pitch I hear is sounding out of tune. So much of it sounds like the same old stuff that we're all sick of hearing. You may not yet be ready to hear the sermon, but I'm stepping up to the pulpit.

I'm not telling anyone what to do because I don't know what to do. But I think we're at the point that we need to be critically evaluating the information we receive and what we think and hope for the future.

dgiv, good or bad, IS and HAS fallen into almost every danger sign for a bb/otc stock. That's reality. That doesn't mean it's bad but it sure bodes poorly for the company.

Think back a couple of months about all the things that were going to happen. I was guilty of spewing much of this stuff as well because I got it from a good source. But, and my son's been telling me this for years now, not much of what dgiv has ever said has come true.

Look at the supposed contracts of the past. Where are they and what have they produced? Nothing???

Look at the supposed release of financial reports. Where are we on that? Nothing???? And this, folks, has been going on for years now if you didn't know it.

The company is in dismal financial state. Operating on outside monies. Nothing from ongoing operating revenues. How long can this go on? The fact is dgiv is operating on a shoestring but has high hopes for capturing the global market. Sounds almost stupid right now but I believed it.

All I'm saying is open up your eyes and think hard about where we were, what was supposed to happen, and what has actually happened. A lot of hope. No substance.

I hope to GOD that I am wrong but I am getting increasingly concerned about the lack of substantive performance and the increasing reliance on hope and faith.

Just my opinion.

Sorry.

Look at other IP telephony companies (NSPK, IDTC, VOCLF, to name a few)..they are all trading near or at their 52-week low. Many of their investors are anxious/angry. DGIV is not the only IP telephony company trading at a low level at this time.In fact, look at many other nasdaq/Dow companies and see how low their shares are trading presently.

Jimmy Chin and DGIV have been working on the IP telephony goal since March /April. That is only 6 months ago! It takes time to build a company that deals with foreign telcos. Think of how many people, institutions/the level of bureaucracy that need to be encountered prior to official contract signings. The fact is that negotiations are ongoing and I am willing to wait for these negotiations to be concluded, since I know the level of complexities one encounters in dealing with foreign governments/companies. DGIV has an ambitious vision, and as an investor, I am willing to give the company the time needed to achieve this goal.

Small companies always search for financing (come to think of it, many larger companies do too. Tell me a company that is not interested in getting "good" financing). Conducting operations in foreign countries is an expensive proposition, and it is apparent that DGIV has the resources necessary to do so (or else how could they get the MOUs and conduct these negotiations?)

Bottom line: DGIV has a chance to succeed and I am willing to give it the time needed to succeed, knowing that the possible payoff is worth the wait.
