Hi Jim,

I would look at it more as the beginning of the next bull cycle,
since we already are in the 4 year cyclical bear/correction.

I vaguely remember seeing a chart somewhere that says the small caps have an 8 year cycle versus a 4 year cycle for the market.

Once it starts, this could be the beginning of a strong move in the
small caps.
