I just this moment received my copy of "Options as a Strategic Investment".

It has been highly recommended by people I respect. I'm not sure how easy to read it will be though. 882p.

"Can someone recommend me an easy to read book on options? Thanks."
================
Once you get an understanding of the basics of calls vs. puts and buying vs. selling and time value, you'll learn a lot more paper trading that you ever will reading a book, imo. The real world and theory are often at odds and you'll never get any feel for that by reading a book. I went through a couple books and never learned anything until my money was on the line.

The CBOT used to have a free video tape that covered the essentials - check their web site (www.cbot.com) for a phone number. It's a good start and may save you some of the $$ you'd have spent elsewhere.

The bible for options trading is called Options as a Strategic Investment. You can search amazon.com under this title (I can't recall the author's name). You have to have this book if you are going to trade options.

As a few have already indicated, Options As A Strategic Investment by Lawrence G. McMillan is an excellent choice for anybody who wants to learn about option strategies. I bought it through Amazon.com and I have found it to be easy to read and well thought out in its layout for the novice, as well as, experienced investor.

Good Luck,

Steve
