I can say that Cardinal Puff responded to my E-mail to the Pope. That doesn't make it a true statement. But, you have to remember that a witness is priceless...and Rosario had plenty. I would venture to say that, when he received his phone call, present in the room were: Hyping Rosario Bashing Rosario Contrite Rosario Friendly Rosario Pilot Rosario NC Rosario Bristol Meyers Rosario etc, etc, etc. He would have been pleased to have all of the witnessess present. After the phone call, he served cupcakes and everyone patted each other on the back...
