If I read this correctly, Amazon is going to spend 260 mil. in cash, at today's price, in
realizing (additional) costs of acquisition? What happened to the 5 mil. shares granted in
June? What were they spent on?

Those shares were used for acquisitions. These shares are to supply the insiders of the acquired companys with their respective shares of the company for which they worked.

Just a tad dilutive<G>
