Have you seen any indication as to the time frame for the $25 target?

Thanks for the post. That guy obviously read the wrong message board. SI is full of information from knowledgeable posters although it is true you have to separate the wheat from the chaff.

<aggressive Buy recommendation following the conference with a $25
target>

way to go; they have some sense back in now. Ciena strong buy recommendation at this point. When cien goes up it will be like a rocket and will not have time to get in. Get in now before it's wat too late, IMO.

The message from Yahoo has the fingerprints of Chip Morris of T Rowe Price all over it, IMO. The description fits him to a tee: Baltimore based sell-side institutional investor. Morris runs the T Rowe Price Science & Tech Fund, and has been long a supporter of both TLAB and Ciena. At the conference call where TLAB and Ciena discussed the suspicious circumstances of the AT&T contract cancellation, Morris made several comments that implied that T and LU were in cahoots and were trying to submarine the merger. I would not at all be surprised if he jumped on the Yahoo thread and defended Ciena. He's a stand-up guy.

Doughboy.
