To Drew: The Q is prepared to build out WLL in the third world and the Q is prepared to build out mobile/WLL in the third world. Why? Assume because there are advantages to each. Question is - what are they? One of the reasons seems to be the bureaucratic rules and ownership of spectrum agreements in some countries permit WLL and not mobile/WLL and vice versa. And different sections of the elite - the powers that be - have a lock on one or the other. So the Q has to chose to go with the elite or with the upstarts. The real world is fun, no. Lumpy, you might say. So it ain't all a matter of pure cost comparisons by a long shot. Comments? Chaz
