I talked to DR. Martinez yesterday. I was very impressed with his answers to my questions. Some presidents of companies do not want to give you the time of day, but even though he was in between meetings he took the time to answer my questions..

I did learn that JMAR is not currently using 5 million dollars of its credit line at this time. Not bad.
It seems that the lack of a federal budget has held up the release of new contracts that JMAR is to receive.

What ever happened with the expensive PR firm FRB? They were supposed to be big and expensive. So far it seems they are taking JMAR's money and producing no institutional investors or investors of any kind.

Luckily we have a lack of sellers at the moment. Unfortunately we have had a lack of buyers for all of 1998 except for the few days when JMAR announced a contract or the $13 mill DARPA order.
