Did he mention anything about BriteLight? He publicly stated several times this year that they will have a BriteLight order this year.

We are getting near the end of the year and there is no hint of it yet.

The Gooch's of the world will have a field day if no BriteLight orders have materialized by Dec 31.

I can't believe Martinez had the brass to tell you a lack of a federal budget is holding up contracts. The Department of Defense is still announcing contracts left and right. Also, if he was referring to JSI contracts from prime vendors, the Department of Defense funded DMEA for five years at its inception.
