Perhaps the first Britelight order will be coming from a Federal gov't agency and until the budget mess is cleared up no new contracts will be signed?............;^)

It's clear to me gooch hasn't a clue how contracts with the federal government work. I work for a federally funded lab, and I know that the bureaucracy definitely prevents things like purchase orders being issued for the new fiscal year (October 1) until budgets are approved for any major item. So, JMAR's explanation, although could be a fabrication, does ring true to me.

the lack of a federal budget It sounds like Mr. Martinez may be getting an excuse ready for lack of earnings. We've heard no excitement regarding the earnings amongst the faithful, except that JMAR expects to turn a profit. Reading between the lines we can expect between .001 and .02?....I'm starting to feel a twinge of negativity coming on.....Weren't the 3rd and 4th quarters suppose to be the big quarters for the year?
