LG,

>>>>>> Traders be nimble and Traders be quick and don't get burned by the Greenspan Candle Stick! <<<<<<<<<<

I love that line.

>>>>>>> Much further upside price movement has to occur before this bear rally can be converted to a return to the Bull! <<<<<<<

So true, now the test comes. Need to watch the follow-thru in both upward price action and whether forthcoming upmovements are broadbased, and of course strong improvement in the market internals.

LG or anyone,

Right now CNBC is saying that fair value is -10.5, and the SPX futures are down about 4, so they are implying an upward bias at the open since the futures would be up 7.5. I just checked the DOW futures and they are down 56 points right now.

Unles CNBC is reporting the fair value incorrectly. Lets say they have it reversed and FV is at +10.5, then that would imply that the futures are actually down 14.5, which is far greater than the decline indicated by the DOW futures.
