Good morning Scott,

I'm inclined to agree with you.. about the conditions of the market... My beta interpretation never went negative as I posted
yesterday.. and my other stuff was long by about 9:30 pdt but I
thought it was late in the move and waiting to short it. it was
starting to roll over.. but fortunately never did..

He, they, whoever was waiting for a up market to blindside us.
so they couldn't be accused of "catching" "saving the market..
I don't think they have the cajones to do it again.. they played their
last best trump card..

But to do it blindly, unexpectedly after only 10 days,
twos weeks after meeting is pure BS when they have a track record
of only cutting on scheduled meetings...

In the long run it will hurt the markets.. Hell Japan lowered all the
way zero as their markets went the same way..

Good luck today... the Coug.. BTW, with this action, indicators are
up but weak.. Negative divergence???

Re: your question on Inger long or short. I believe he was short with some kind of mental stop, but I imagine a few of his subscribers paid a fat price to exit when the rocket went off. In his letter last night he gingerly side stepped how they got out.
I was gone for a couple of hours yesterday afternoon, and when I got back and looked at my screen, I thought I had a bad batch of data.
Pretty amazing day.
