I can't understand anyone posting negative things about a company they have so much invested in. Unless they knew there was a real problem. Over a million shares!? That's quite a bit! Why would you want to "hurt" CSMA and your investment? I agree with your statement: "We write our reports on what management tells us. How else can we write a report?" I mean, are you supposed to know more than they do about the company? Research and DD includes opinions don't they? You must conclude an opinion with all the DD you've done. IF CSMA's deal with LPS was as great as they said it was.... IF CSMA's disposal well was as great as they said it was..... IF CSMA's Oil well deals were as great as they said it was.... IF CSMA's Merger deal was so great.......... IF, If, if.......... If they hadn't BS'ed all those news releases, I would have a nice wad of cash to spend on something else. KZAP

I understand what you are saying...but when you state "no where in the contract is there any reference to the EPA, etc... Did you let CSMA know that it would cost about $2MIL EPA clean up first ????? That is a very important point, and that's not in my humble opinion. There is a critical point. And was it in writing? And did you in fact try to sell land that may possible not have been yours per say? I'll say it again everyone....I truly want the facts...Not BS and arguing from people blurting out things that are so much BS, that it's too easy to punch a hold in it, and makes no sense and conflicts what a person said in the last breath....FACTS... And did they come to you for a write up, or did you go to them first ????? And yes, I'd like to have a copy of the contract....I don't have a fax unfortunately..... So, I guess I am still digging it looks like!!! There is only one truth here...Not many....But it is the different interpretations that go back and forth.. For those of you who noticed the "SEEP" I put instead of "SHEEP"....What can I say, except I guess on a different level, I'd love to get the "H" out of this whole thing LOL

Are we to understand that you wrote a very favorable report on a BB company as a disinterested analyst for investors to act upon, when you yourself was not only an investor of over a million dollars, but you had also sold that same company a large block of land, on contract, no less, with money still owed to you, and now you are interested in trashing the stock, by posting negative information under fictional manes. Does that sound like a disinterested analyst?
