If it helps, I covered LBOR at the open today (for a small profit) as part of my reorienting towards what I believe will be a more bullish market.

That said there's definitely something fishy about LBOR. Just under a month ago they announced they were going to get listed on the NYSE (I seem to recall they even gave a date). After some harsh words from powers greater than they, LBOR amended their announcement to say they had "applied" to be listed on the NYSE. At any rate, there are clearly some accomplished hypsters at LBOR.

More serious are the allegations of accounting problems. Then again, those can take forever to catch up with a company.

One other data point: I drove by one of their suburban locations once. What an eyesore! Their webpage isn't much better, but at least they've sought help for that.

There's a conclusion in there somewhere. Hope you find it.

Rommy...

>>Anyone has any opinion of LBOR? <<

I covered this a.m. at opening and made a small profit. Learning not to be greedy. No particular except I wanted some profit, did not want ot watch the screen today and I have a gut feel that it is going higher so I can short again.

There whole operation seems to me to be like a hype machine with their monthly releases of revenue, the NYSE listing or application, etc. Also some questions around their accounting.

Back on my watch list.
