Well, that takes care of that debate! <G>

IMHO I find that very comforting.

I've been chasing this stock up the last three days.

Its been hard to get a fill, unless you just play the ask. I have managed to get a few shares on the way. For the last couple of days, it seems that SI types have been providing a lot of the support, whatever support was there. I was reluctant to buy too much, because I was worried that we were the only ones buying.

This share buyback will put a floor under the stock at about the book value. 500,000 shares are a lot of shares, and I don't think a seller could sell through that. I expect the stock will now trade over book, and I don't think Deswell will have to buy in many shares. In fact, as thin as this stock is trading now, I don't think they will be able to buy many shares under book value.
