Dear John: I will remind you that the cash shows up on the OTHER side of the business cycle. We are carrying the pail of water UP the hill right now. Cash is scarce and will be needed for working capital. Once we reach the top and either glide along on the Mesa or begin back down the hill THEN the cash appears. Plus by then HOPEFULLY the stock price will be MUCH HIGHER. Right now, I am scared to death of further dilution. As I have said many times before, the only weakness of this company is the number of shares outstanding in relationship to the Revenue potential. JDN
