John, Any assessment of "accumulation" is nearly always made for promotional reasons by those with selfish interests. As you know a group of 6(or any number) brokers/traders/people can trade the stock in complex ring in such a way to generate volume and with minimal costs(especially brokers/traders can minimize costs)
So any analysis of volume and price can not be used to say who or what accumulation is taking place.
If, as you intimate, wealthy people are carefully buying stock a bit each day one would expect the brokers/MM to observe this and increase the price, or at least stop it falling.

This whole concept of sales and TA analysis is very flawed in small volume low value stocks. TA has some validity with stocks having 500,000 investors each with an average 10,000 shares who read the TA predictions every day and react predictably. These are rare, thus TA never works. ALl you hear are after the fact explanations and excuses as they take credit or lay blame as the case may be.

As to ALYA. They are entering a crowded field with elevator/heating/telephone/air conditioning companies all having competing entries who have implementation advantages when installing systems in that they are already running wires and have computers in their installs. ALYA is a niche player, as I say, and will have to fight for the crumbs left on the table by those big players.
Their best bet is to sell bits and pieces to smaller local security companies to enable them to compete with those big players. This is what they are doing with sales to distributors. Once those shelves are stocked and selling we will see what numbers ALYA comes up with.
