If they do the four or so acquisitions, and knit the businesses in a way that is revenue producing, and if.. Will look for the information on the "Image" company in the UK. If this offering is successful, the stock will finally move, one hopes. They definitely could use some news and activity. Good investing.

Based on a little more information, don't think that the block of shares being offered to you is from the company. Was the letter you quoted from VNIN's president? or the president of the company offering you stock? Do know that an acquisition by the company is planned (but not to my knowledge using the proceeds of this 'offering'), and suggest that you continue your DD. IMO (in my opinion) VNIN is going to move once the expected acquisition happens. Good investing.
