I don't know who you been calling, but, I have talked to PRWT,PCQuote,Minister Bradley,Dave Williams.Everything according to them is on track. I will admit it has been a couple of weeks. Are you sure you know how to use a phone?As I have been typing,I called PRWT.John is there. They offered to have me hold but there were two calls in front of me. I left my number and will post when he gets back to me. Maybe there is something to that phone ringing in CAPS. JohnPD

Dont under estimate PAN AMERICAN BANCO'S ability to produce some very impressive revenues with INSIDER TRADING, VIDEO PHONES, MORTGAGES, HEALTH, CONSTRUCTION, ETC., ETC. GM has 654 million shares outstanding and 574 million in its float and has traded as high as $76 per share the last 52 weeks!! IBM has 943 million outstanding shares with 933 million in its float and has been as high as $138 per share with-in the last 52 weeks!! YHOO,(A VERY YOUNG COMPANY AS IS PAN AMERICAN),has 93.7 million shares and 37.4 million in its float and has had a high of $134 during the last 52 weeks. ROSY I FORGOT THIS ONE AGAIN DAVE, THE CEO JOHN SCHMIDTZ can be reached at 516-232-2221. I spoke to him today for about 10-15 minutes. He strikes me as an HONORABLE , HARDWORKING, TRUSTING man. Barb also spoke to him today and both of us shared our DD on the SI public and PM boards. Why dont you call him and ask him to address your concerns/questions?? TO ALL Sorry I have been away from computer today. Looks like we didn't get our news release. hopefully soon. I have not talked to company today. But did yesterday and was told at that time they were working on the new release. I just report what I was told was happening. Could be they had something to add or subtract. Than it also has to be approved by a lawyer. Rosario. Did you sell the rest of your shares today? Or did you buy more. LOL. I think you should just get out of prwt. I believe if I were you and the co. would not talk to me (even after all the threats you have made)I would just sell my shares and move on. Bye bye
