I just spoke with SSGI's PR Firm. 11 groups seem interested in the financing package, 2 of those were considered very interested. Was told they are going forward as planed and to be just waiting for things to be completed, Takes time. It will be only a couple of weeks until the Merger is a over & done deal. End of October was the dead line for either party to back out and there has not been a hint of that occurring. So, what ever they have planned appears to be on track. I think this could be said about a lot of companies right now. Regards, Malcolm

Comments Anyone?,...........It is my understanding that we are fast approaching the go, no go date for merger. I had thought that the date was the 28th but must have been wrong??? Press releases indicate that the 30th is "drop dead" date for the merger. The stock price is telling me that there is no new news of a positive nature at this time. Does anyone have any info to share about the "drop dead" date and it's significance? Still hoping and holding, Chuck Messick
