Mindmeld, Ok...what is SOHO? I know this is going to be one of those very obvious answers and I'll probably feel stupid for asking this question.

I agree, the middle market is huge. And it's a new market for PSFT, SAP, etc. My only point was that it isn't necessarily additive at this point to the high end market since I feel that market is becoming saturaed.

To some degree I think that's why we're seeing a slowiing in license fees at this point. But keep in mind that the middle market hasn't even begun to take off since it isn't even a yeaer old within psft. Also, I have always believed that there is great deal of growth yet to be seen by PSFT in the International markets. Their international revenue is still a very low percenetage of their total revenue.

I don't know what other plans psft has up its sleeve but one thing I'm almost sure of and that is that there will be more acquisitions down the road. Though I'd be very surprised to see them announce any on Tuesday.
