I've been mislead for three plus years. I allowed other people to influence my better judgement and I purchased and held on to this 'high flyer'. I was told to buckle up and watch the stock fly to over $20 US. A surefire takeover candidate in the gold/ cooper arena. Etc., etc., etc.....

I'm am not blaming anyone but myself for my 50% unrealized loss. I've been investing too long to be taken in by such stories of triple digit ROI's. I feel like the sucker that I am and will move on to greener pastures as soon as I can. Hopefully I've learned a valuable lesson, 'due diligence does pay off, hot stock tips do not!'. - Macy

Davey---with all due respect I do think you are wrong.
The ASE is scared (s-----less) about any malterial changes. (breX mentality). Not that this is bad but they do not have their act together ie they have not asked all the required questions at one time instead they ask for some info then some more then again some other. Would it not make sense that they would ask for such basic info from day one.
This is a big$$$ deal that the ASE is not up to snuff to deal with in a timely manner. If I was the mgt of BV I would be pissssed off. As a shareholder I am pissed off. but not at BV.
I feel BV has been more then forthcomming, It is in THEIR best interests to get this deal on the road, so to think that they have been less then open is an error in my humble mind .
Why would BV hold back any info to delay this deal--They have purchased the land and are geared to start production. They have shown to trade shows the final product and have tradesmen excited over the finished product--ie sales=$$$$$$$$$$$$$. So Davey why do you think BV is slowing down the show--SOLD some short ????
All the best
