Scott, Hi!!! Thanks so much for the link.... <<Analysts agree that Dell's business model is responsible for its success. "Dell's business model is what most suppliers are trying to achieve," says Nimisha Patel, a senior analyst for the Aberdeen Group. "PCs are all somewhat the same. It's the business model and the ability to satisfy customers that can determine success.">> Every week I send a package full of posts and links that I print up to my dad....you know the guy @80 is about 29 when he reads this stuff...well, I found the link to Virtual Integration and finally made another copy...my original is kinda sacred if you know what I mean...afterall, it is the only thing I have ever read a dozen times...unless you count the stories my grandmother used to read to me...so, today I'm out back setting the 10 footings for this pegola that I am having built for the entrance to a center garden...my daughter yells out the back door to to pick up the portable that my dad is on the other line..."just called to talk and say hello...know you are busy but, I have to tell you that article on Virtual Integration is really something..."....well, could go on and on....about what he said; but, then it would take hours to write...Dad has owned this stock for 16 months now and finds Dell more powerful all the time..."unstoppable" if I may steal a familiar word...granted he loves the company....but, what I am sure still fascinates him is the way Dell is continually gaining market share...he does understand "the model"...and now that he has read Virtual Integration he is overwhelmingly convinced why....Dell's model is the key...and, as long as they continue to keep the customer #1...nothing ...nothing....nothing....will stop Dell from becoming the next Dell... Best, kemble
