Hi EMF:

You raise good points. No one should be offended. When a start up company is behind delivering the goods by almost a year and counting, how can you have no doubts?

About canceling contracts, I noticed that Adot's last PR stopped mentioning the 3 other contracts worth 2.57 millions. My guess is that you are right and they have been cancelled. Since the first customer names were not divulged anywhere, we cannot verify anything including the new 7 potential customers.
The only positive remarks about ADOT are:

1-Brad's visit verified new computer equipment were in place
2-Brad's visit verified new technicians were hired
3-ADOT hired the inventor of their patent
4-ADOT moved to a new location

I think the next good sign should be the hiring of a sales manager, or the new sales brochures are available for a shareholder to see, or the delivery of the first BB 5 months away.

I will be surprised if Les will sell his biggest asset, Biomoda, before the IPO. Les can get 10 times the amount he can sell the Biomoda shares now, but in the year 2000 (per GUY's timetable).

If you still want to get out, it is your choice. I suspect a very small pop
on the next news from Lung check result, unless we get National exposure from TV, WSJ, BW or Barron's.

I suspect a much bigger pop after the test is done back east in a couple of months. Also, once the lung check results are announced you have to expect that Biomoda will need 9 to 10 million dollars every year. That means, some financing from somewhere soon that will cause a pop in Biomoda's value, thus ADOT.

Hope this helps, either way you decide.

Take Care

Fred

I want to thank you for your honest thoughts. I tried to get some ADOT between the spread on Friday and my order set there for hours. No one seed too eager to sell for $.103 An order did go through lower at the ask, but I didn't get it. You are probably right about the problems with ADOT's other ventures but if the Biomoda results are positive it could be the only thing ADOT needs. Your post is what I have been waiting for. I will follow Murphy's law and how it applies to penny stock. "When the long-timers give up at the bottom, BUY! Like the vast majority of penny stocks this one will see major ups and downs before we know if they can make it to the big time. The risk at this level seems minimal to me but do your own DD.

Good evening EMF,

I am intrigued with the array of assumptions in your message and would like to compare some notes. Of course all assumptions are based on perceived truths or facts. I'll be the first to admit there is a very small amount of blow-by-blow current information coming from ADOT with which to make a good current analysis. With a start-up company such as ADOT nothing planned is sure of happening until it happens. Plans are often changed and other plans - sometimes better - are substituted. But with the few bits of information that are available one IS able to make some broad and generally reliable conclusions in my opinion.

In regards to the two BB orders, the company has alluded to certain changes in the BBs that were requested by the customer/s after the initial agreement was made. One would reasonably think that the time schedule on finishing was discussed with the customer/s at that time. With partial payment having been made by the customer/s and ADOT'S continued reference to the two BBs in production it seems fair - in leu of any substantial evidence to the contrary - that the contract/s are still in place. ( If you have some additional information on this subject I'd certainly be interested ).

You are correct in stating that Blue LED technology has come a long way very quickly. At this time it is THE choice of outdoor and indoor large flat panel displays. The Blue LED BBs that incorporate the use of gallium-nitrate material are especially good and in high demand at this time.
However, if ADOT can produce their SLM BBs at their projected cost they will still hold a significant cost advantage over all LCD based BBs which include Blue LEDs. ( General figures furnished if you like - with references. )
Also ADOT'S SLM technology is still more energy efficient than Blue LED which has increased its' efficiently by 50%/75% over the older LCD technology.
In addition I might mention that ADOT'S SLM flat panels have a better picture at wider viewing angles that could be a significant advantage in certain situations.
( I'd be interested in any specific information as to why you find it "hard to believe ADOT'S SLM display can compete with a display based on LEDs." )

Certainly I'm not offended by anyone who has a view different than mine. By an open-minded exchange of ideas maybe we both can learn.

John
