Osci, Ross Perot's Legacy Developement was bringing in HQ relocations I knew there was a reason George decided to retire at a demilitarized distance =) As I reconsider, any residential that went down in that era was mostly a shakeout of the migratory players (some of whom were local acquaintances), but to a lesser degree than elsewhere. Remember, every babyboomer eventually goes geriatric (and falls ON the ball, DJ). Then we'll need a new mantra. Craig
