Thanks Marty,

I agree the future of TSIG is bright. Those that wish to come along should have quite a ride. CCI should be the mechanism to get TSIG out of the mud and onto solid flat land. It appears that journey is about to begin.

As CCI proves its capabilities over the next few weeks and months, the other divisions of TSIG should begin to kick in and show the public how diversified TSIG has structured itself. Now the TSIG vehicle will be in gear and accelerating.

This entire process may take one to two years to fully define itself but the results should be astonishing.

Dixie, get to work and prove me right.

Marty, thanks for your continuing work and support. Few know the effort you have extended for TSIG which is in turn for the stockholders.

Hang on and good luck

Bob

Not necessarily a response to you, Martin, however...

I just ordered 8 CDs after purchasing my 40-unit MusicCard, totaling over $120. When I finished the order, there was no screen to tell me how many CDs I purchased, or, more important, how many units were used on my Card. The invoice page was under construction, so I'll give some consideration there.

But I called Customer Service, and spoke to the evening supervisor named Bill. He declined to give out his last name. I purchased 8 CDs, he told me, and used 6 units on the Card. What? I asked how so; he had no idea, and thought it humorous. I asked how I would receive the CDs, US Postal Service or UPS. He had no idea, not his job he explained, since the CDs weren't shipped from there. I told him I knew that, and asked did he know where they were shipped from. He had no idea. Again, essentially, not his job. He is the evening supervisor! When would I receive the CDs? No firm answer, since "the CDs aren't shipped from here..." . Bill suggested I call tomorrow and speak with Amy Grashel, Head of Customer Relations.

Well, I'm disappointed. Of course I'll e-mail and call the company.

I'm real disappointed.

Regards to all, and let's get this company in shape, dammit.

TS

PS: I did, however, receive prompt e-mail reply re my purchases, and that was after submitted my new e-mail address.
