LITH is in the tank because they did not manage to close the deal on their $22M financing. They are out shopping for a lower amount now, which they will probably get. As a result, they will not own >50% on their Asian joint venture factory. It is not slowing down their progress, but it will not be until later factories until they have control over the operations side of their high-volume destiny.

It is not a VLNC-esqe false start, in the sense that they were/are not expected to ship cells through their main customer until mid to late 1999. I would imagine the stock price will rebound sharply when they announce closing of a financial deal.
