It has been mentioned here many times that J. Murphy was very careful not to include any "nonpublic" information related to the QP. C

Colin, you are incorrectly paraphrasing my post. Here's your statement (post #9400): "Suggesting that people "should want to be a shorter right now" or some such is clearly giving guidance on the Company's activities" Here's my original statement (post #9399) : "Joe Murphy saying he wouldn't want to be a shorter right now." SEE THE DIFFERENCE? There's an N, the apostrophe, then a T after the word WOULD in my statement. Everything else in your post has already been addressed earlier and several times on this thread.
