Bill, just a comment to any investors familiar with the Canadian "investors-on-line" weekly program. Andrew Pyle of Ambro who has laughed at and derided gold since the program began, saying it was going to the low 100's, has changed his stance to short term bullish-long term bearish (how else to eat crow). He is now mentioning $320 as a short term figure. SURE LOOKED GOOD ON HIM
Also the program mentioned a stock picking contest (prize 30,000) from E-TRADE. Access can be reached at www.quicken.ca.
A few gold stocks may give someone a nice Christmas present if interested.
A few more Canadians should be on our side after they see this program.
P.S. Great news about the Asian C.B.'s buying gold!

Bill : That is my take on the XAU chart. Just a question of time --- for history to repeat itself.

I don't have one year charts, but these come with the compliments of Bob Johnson --- goldsheet.simplenet.com
All that's missing is the POG.

They might meet your requirements.

Bon appetit.
