Maybe you meant 95% of bb's don't make it or don't make it beyond bb status. On that you would be accurate.

Interesting statement. Let's see, there are 6300 OTC companies right now, so by your statement, 5985 are scams.

that means 19 out of 20 are scams.

So, all the SEC has to do is shut down these 5985 companies, since they are scams.
