Talk about another lie. The suit has to be served to officers of Amazon.con. They have not received a copy????? The press did but they did not.

Glenn, Did you never actually practice law? Not to defend scamazon.con, but, what usually happens is that people (press or one of their agents) have a young smart kid sitting in the Court Clerk's office who quickly reads the complaint as it is filed and puts out the word. The complaint served to defendants takes at least a day or more to show up. So it is by no means unusual for a company to hear about a suit from the press.
