Yesterday I run on message posted on Yahoo! board about "amended class action complaint filed today (Fri, Oct 98) in the US District Court for the District of Maryland on behalf of all persons who purchased the common stock of CIENA CORP. between May 21, 1998, and Sept.14, 1998 inclusive (the "Class Period")." My question is: How this action against CIEN can affect future of the CIEN and stock performance on short and long run as well. I am watching this stock carefully, but as a new investor I am (maybe) over-sensitive. Message was posted as a Company Press Release "Rainhardt & Anderson Announces CIENA Corporation Named in Expanded Securities Class Action." Any comments? RichardFly
