To the thread: I've received an email from Info_Dart and his posting priviledges have been disabled. He says he can read SI but cannot post.

I doubt the SEC will prohibit postings on SI by company officers. The SEC is very forward looking, and is looking to the internet to improve public disclosure. They will shortly require EDGAR submissions to be in HTML, and allow use of Adobe .PDF format, so company submissions will look just like the printed documents. They have allowed video road shows over the internet, etc. Posting to SI, where any posting is immediately accessible, worldwide, on an equal basis, to anyone with an internet connection, is not a "select group", it is more public then talking to Dow Jones newswires or whatever, where subscriptions cost big bucks. Most CEOs on SI don't answer forward-looking questions anyway, so there is clearly no problem with it being material information. Dennis
