SI does I believe have a delay for those who are not paying members. I think if you come in as a non-member, it is delayed by 2 days. Therefore, it is similar to the rest of the Street-pay to play.

Dennis, Open to anyone with a dial up terminal etc? That is the TSE reason. Until there is universal access with street corner terminals the internet will be a select group only and not meeting the requirements of public disclosure. One day perhaps.
