That seems to be a very good price Peter, even if it is an OEM version. Only possible caveat may be support from Microsoft. On their retail versions of NT Workstation and NT upgrades (not server) they offer 90 days of free support that starts after the first call to tech support. This is not available on the OEM version, they tell you to go back to the reseller for support.
They will help you if you purchase one of their fee based support options, the least expensive for a single incident is $95 or you can but it at $195 per hour.
Because of this alone, I usually purchase the retail or upgrade version. The little extra cost is usually offset by the 90 days of support. Here is the url
