Funny how simple things one remembers. Back in Jr. high I remember a civic lesson on the right to express an opinion under the 1st amendment and the 2 benefits that occur when truth collides with error (false/misleading) statements.

1. If you are the holder of the false opinion, you have the opportunity to exchange it for the truth.

2. In regard to the truth, its collision with false statements generally produces a livelier impression of the truth, and some would consider this a greater benefit than one.

Pardon this simple post but it does reveal how I view things.

In regard to the ATT Statement a while back, I never understood what conclusion was supposed to be made by it.

I considered several.

1. Where ATT operates, no other company can... This was easy to disprove just by looking at the United States and seeing that many other companies prosper.

2 Maybe the USA is somehow unique and the conclusion was just specific to foreign countries where ATT operates. Couldn't find any support for this.

3. Maybe ATT represents a threat that is specific to DGIV. That may be true but I couldn't find any basis for it and the burden should be on the person making the claim.

4. Will ATT likely eat up a lot of minutes, likely yes, but will that preclude other companies from being successful? Based on past experience I don't think so.

Have a great day.

something to consider:
DGIV has been and is actively negotiating for contracts/deals in many parts of the world at this very moment. Since DGIV is trying to establish business relationships in many foreign countries, many people in various parts of the world have been "exposed" to DGIV the company. It would be safe to assume also that the process of negotiations undertaken by DGIV at the current time involved many people (think of the various officials of different countries/companies that are involved in bringing together a partnership between DGIV and different foreign telcos).

As the contracts become more of a "reality", I would think that some of the people who are "aware" of DGIV and its efforts to sign deals in foreign countries may take an interest in DGIV stock.Given the fact that DGIV is a presence in many countries, it would be interesting to entertain the thought that potential investors from many different countries are all "eyeing" DGIV at this moment, seeing that the share price is at this level, all waiting for the "right moment". Hmm.................
