Freddie, the fact of releases issued during Randy's tenure exist and are a problem. The other concern is how much time management will have available to concentrate on building a business (if that is truly their purpose) if authorities take further action. If that does occur, it will be very time consuming and a large distraction. Randy as President will be very much involved in working with the authorities, even if it is only to provide historical information.

Keeping excellent employees may also become a problem.

Some shareholders may want to ask Randy questions regarding this.

Since Arif and Ira were in cohoots together in 97 committing these crimes, why was Ira suddenly fired and a team of pure angels (Malinoff and Sukey)come in (presumably hired by Arif) to straighten out the whole mess? Did Arif have a God-like revelation-type dream and decided to cleanse himself?
I guess I don't get why all of the sudden someone realized they had better come clean, yet don't return shares.
