RE: Busmaster Drivers. Sorry that I didn't respond sooner.
The issue is that the busmaster drivers that ship with the ABIT disk are basically Intel's busmaster drivers and are written only for Win 95. They won't work in 98. DMA support for 98 is built into the 98 OS, you only need to check the box "DMA" in the hard drive properties under device manager. No other installation is necessary. Until someone else writes other busmaster drivers that is your only choice. The performance under 98 with DMA enabled is actually quite good. Don't enable busmastering for a zip disk though, it is OK for the CDROM if it supports it. I don't know if many CDROMs do. Go to this site to read a little bit about busmastering and some comparision tests. This is a great site BTW. bxboards.pair.com

If you are using a BH6 are you overclocking? What CPU are you running?
