PH, . they can't write if off without re-raising the question of why buy TXN's old, outdated fabs when you have a brand new facility sitting empty You are constantly misstating the facts!!!! Lehi is an empty building with NO FAB. TXN sold MU inefficient fabs, some of which will be closed down and the rest that will be updated to .21 microns which TXN gave $750 million to update with....BIG DIFFERENCE!!! Try and pay attention to both sides of the deals instead of just dwelling on the few negative points. You are really missing the big picture. Good Luck Trading DavidG
