The future of high end I/O is Fibre Channel, and ADPT just gave away their lousy offerings and got out of the business. SCSI is squeazed by F.C. at the high end and other technologies (UDMA)at the low end. Investors want to see a future in their company. What is it for ADPT?
Just keep milking SCSI? Re-writable CD's will not be enough. Sounds like Apple Computer.....Just one point of view....wj

I saw that interview. They musta been running out of time cuz the guest host didn't have any questions.

QLogic does seem to be on the ball with FC. However, even with all those impressive design wins, sales will still be the bottom line.

As you say, Jim, time will tell.
